Custom Training Options
As a CMI customer, there may be a time when you hire new staff or would like to brush up on some of the more advanced features in CMI software. By choosing a custom training session, you are given the opportunity to set the training syllabus or just have a CMI trainer available to answer your specific questions. Options exist for you to receive supplemental training from a CMI trainer either at your location or at CMI Headquarters in Englewood, Ohio.

CMI University
Need to learn the basics or improve your skills? CMI has always been committed to training. Introductory classes in Payroll, Utility, Safety, Court, and System Administrator will provide municipalities with the opportunity to send new employees to CMI University to learn the application from the ground up. Hands on training will help ensure that you are getting the most out of your CMI software applications. Advanced courses will also be offered, like Finance Concepts, Budget, and Payroll Processing.
Each course is presented at the CMI facility in Englewood, Ohio. Most classes are scheduled as a one-day course.
