CMI Utility Connect

More and more people today appreciate the ability to view information for a variety of personal accounts via secure internet access. Now, thanks to the latest CMI Hosted Utility Connect, utility department  ustomers can access their account information as well as pay their bills on-line.

This enhancement module to the CMI Utility Application utilizes the Utility Billing backend database information to securely display account information to the customer for review and payments through a secure transaction process. Customers like it, and Utility Departments are fi nding that having it available is saving them time within their office because data entry is reduced and telephone inquiries from customers regarding their accounts have dropped significantly.

CMI Tax Connect

CMI’s Tax Connection is an e-business application that allows citizens and businesses to Inquire, File and Pay taxes online via a Web-Interface. The Tax Connection consists of hardware, sofware and integration serviced required for an Internet-enabled application that is integrated with CMI’s Municipal Income Tax
application. The application is installed with complete security protection for your Income Tax database and allows for complete privacy of information exchanged over the web. A firewall protects your network and data from unauthorized access. The Tax Connection includes a link to Verisign to process payment transactions. (Verisign is a company that is widely used for e-Commerce applictions on the Web for secure online payment processing. This includes authorization, processing and managing multiple payment types such as credit cards and electronic checks.)
