Marc Nolan, Managing Director
Marc is responsible for the strategic management of the CMI business for the Civica Group. Prior to taking on the CEO/Managing Director role at CMI, Marc had a global leadership role in strategy and business development based in the UK for another division within the Civica International Group. His experience covers strategy and business development, general management, sales and marketing, and operations for a range of multinational companies across the UK, Asia and Australia. Marc has worked across a number of professional sectors covering IT consulting and services, legal, educational, publishing and manufacturing.

Mark Jordan, Development Manager
Mark is CMI’s Development Manager. He manages all development teams and provides the lead role in determining the functionality, phasing and delivery of all products, updates and improvements. Mark join CMI in September 2006 with over 24 years of experience in the Computer Technology and Software Fields, for both the private sector and the United States Air Force. For the past 15 years, Mark has worked as the Consulting Partner for a software and hardware value-added reseller. Prior experience includes National Technology Manager for a software solutions provider to federal government agencies and as a software specialist providing field technical services, education and Marketing for Major Client Server Development Companies.

David Swigart, Finance Director
David is responsible for all CMI administrative and accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, purchasing, inventory control, billing, fixed assets, payroll, benefits and building maintenance. His background includes management and accounting experience in various industries. David earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati. He joined CMI in November 2008.

Vivian Pope, Contracts Administrator
Vivian is responsible for administration of all CMI contracts for new and existing customers, as well as all annual software license renewals and hardware maintenance contracts. In addition, Vivian leads CMI’s Documentation Dept. and Sales Support and is also the Executive Assistant to CMI’s CEO/Managing Director. Formerly employed by AT&T, Vivian brought 15 years of experience in training and customer sales and service with her when she joined CMI in January 1989.

Mark McCurtis, Customer Service Manager
Mark is responsible for all aspects of customer service at CMI. He works with our clients and consultants to ensure the support our customers receive is reliable and thorough. He brings technical knowledge to us with certifications in A+, Net+ and MCP. Mark is a veteran of the United States Navy and he joined CMI in June 2001.
