Management

James T. Hodges, Managing Director
Jim provides guidance in all areas of the company and spearheads the corporate strategic planning process. Jim was promoted to Managing Director in February, 2005, previously serving as CMI’s Development Manager.  Jim earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from Xavier University.  Jim’s Background includes consulting in the governmental, manufacturing and non-profit sectors. Jim also carries MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and MCDBA (Microsoft Certified Database Administrator) certifications and has significant data processing experience.

 

David Swigart, Finance Director
David is responsible for all CMI administrative and accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, purchasing, inventory control, billing, fixed assets, payroll, benefits and building maintenance.  His background includes management and accounting experience in various industries.  David earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.  He joined CMI in November 2008.

 

Diane Hatcher, Justice Business Unit Manager
Diane provides a lead role in determining the functionality, phasing and delivery of new Court products, updates and improvements.  She has a B.A. degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations from Wright State University and has a Court Management Certification from the Ohio Judicial College and National Center for State Courts Institute of Court Management. Diane has over 25 years of state and local court experience and has an excellent first-hand feel for the application of technology within court systems, both large and small.  Diane joined CMI in September 2006.

 

Mark Jordan, Safety Business Unit Manager
Mark comes to CMI with over 24 years of experience in the computer technology and software field, for both the private sector and the United States Air Force.  For the past ten years, he has worked as a consulting partner for a software and hardware value-added reseller.  Prior experience includes National Technology Manager for a software solutions provider to federal government agencies and as a software specialist providing field technical services, education and marketing for major client/server development company.  Mark joined CMI in September, 2006.

 

Mark McCurtis, Customer Service Manager
Mark is responsible for all aspects of customer service at CMI.  He works with our clients and consultants to ensure the support our customers receive is reliable and thorough.  He brings technical knowledge to us with certifications in A+, Net+ and MCP.  Mark is a veteran of the United States Navy and he joined CMI in June 2001.
