Over the past 30 years, we have learned that a successful implementation of software is much more than loading applications on computers and entering data.  The keys to a smooth transition are in planning, execution and communication.  A successful implementation plan includes all elements of the project like hardware purchase, hardware installation, software installation, data conversion, training and onsite assistance.  Once a plan is established, the project is monitored and the plan is adjusted if necessary to address the client’s overall needs.  Throughout the entire implementation, communication is critical to be sure the system is properly set up and the transition from your previous vendor is very smooth.
