The CMI Fixed Asset System allows your entity to affectively track and properly depreciate your assets. The system includes user maintainable code tables for fund, department, category, activity, location, acquisition and valuation. The system can assist with insurance value reporting and capital budget planning. The system also allows for improvement transfer tracking and disposal along with maintenance and repairs tracking. The funding source information, service contracts and asset tagging and renumbering with splits can all be accommodated. The Fixed Asset Systems also includes a GASB 34 Module that allows for tracking of governmental-type asset infrastruture tracking and depreciation for GASB 34. Provides for a placed in service date to differentiate the date an item was acquired versus when it was placed in service. The GASB module will also maintain history files of various financial total so that reports can be run for previous years.
